Emily earned a B.A. in Creative Writing (Randolph-Macon Woman's College/Randolph College) and completed the ScreenwritingU ProSeries and learned from the late Gary Shusett's Sherwood Oaks College program.
Susan holds B.A. (Hollins University) and Ph.D. (UNC-CH) degrees. She completed the ScreenwritingU ProSeries as Emily's class partner. Her writing reflects her experiences as a therapist coming to know well many interesting people and helping them solve family and life problems.
Susan initially recommended ScreenwritingU to Emily after participating in Hal Croasmun's 21 Steps to a Professional Rewrite teleconference five or six times!
